Heartbeat 2024 was Powerfleet’s second annual customer conference, and I led the full visual identity from the ground up. From branding and signage to presentation materials and the event website, I built a connected design system that brought everything together seamlessly.

LOGO DESIGN

The Heartbeat 2024 logo captures the energy of AI and IoT coming together, using a dynamic heartbeat waveform to symbolize connection and innovation. It also weaves in the Powerfleet logo to keep the brand front and center while reflecting the pulse of tech evolution.

COLOR PALETTE

The color palette helped tie everything back to the Powerfleet brand, with our signature green as the anchor and a cool blue for contrast. A subtle gradient brought it all together, adding a polished, energetic vibe to the overall look.

EVENT AGENDA

With nearly 30 sessions across three rooms and multiple industries, the agenda was designed to be super clear and easy to navigate. I focused on layout and hierarchy so attendees could quickly find what mattered most to them.

KIOSK DESIGN

From registration to breakout rooms, I designed clear, on-brand signage to help attendees easily navigate the space. I also supported the innovation kiosks, making sure each setup felt cohesive, professional, and ready to spotlight the tech.

EVENT WEBSITE

Heartbeat 2024 Landing Page was a sleek, easy-to-navigate hub with all the key details like the agenda, travel info, speaker lineup, and more. It also featured a post-event section with photos, presentation materials, and the recap video.

This was an awesome project that really pushed me to think strategically about event design from start to finish. I got to shape the full visual system and even supported on-site to make sure everything came together smoothly and stayed true to the vision.
